While working for Swire Oilfield Services iI gained valuable experiance in the design and manufauture of offshore cargo carrying units as well as the regulations that they must comply with including DNV 2.7-1, 2.7-3 and NORSOK R-002.

Structural Steel Detailing
While working at the No1 Draughting Co. it was my responsibility to create construction and fabrication drawings for various steel fabricated structures such as warehouses, industrial units, car showrooms and many other building types. I worked closely with structural engineers and architects to ensure that the design was correctly detailed and any issues that i found were quickly rectified.
Design Draughtsman
While working with MDK Fabrication I was involved in several aspects of the bussiness, this was due to the company size. I was responsible for Site
Measurments/ Surveys, All Drawings, Ordering Material, Steel Fabrication, IT systems, Quality Assurance, Site Erection aswell as various other tasks.
The type of work I was involved with was very varied and could be anything from small handrails, walkways and stairs to mezzanine floors, gates and flooring.
